    The Maxi Coating Pump can be combined with several Miller models to meet your Picote Brush Coating™ project needs, based on pipe length and diameter.

    Allows coating and degreasing in DN70-300 (3-12”) diameter pipes up to 39m (128’) in length.

    Uses and benefits
    • Controls the flow of the Picote Brush Coating™ 100% Solids Dual Color Epoxy Resin.
    • Can also be used to clean pipes with fats & grease by pumping degreaser down the line to assist cleaning.
    • Adjustable pump speed & direction.
    • Hand-held locking operator control bottom or “LOC”. When the button is pushed the pump is engaged and will operate until depressed.
    • Safely secures to the Maxi Miller frame. Use the Maxi Pump Bracket to fit to Super Midi or Midi Cleaner.

    How to use

    Renovate old or deteriorated drains and sewers from DN70-300 (3-12") diameter with the Maxi Pump Picote Brush Coating™ System. The coating applied provides a damp-proof, corrosion resistant, wear-resistant and non-corrosive lining. Several coats can be applied within the same pipe. Renovate entire piping systems for example apartments or blocks of flats with minimal disruption, avoiding costly excavation.
